Shipping policy

At Chido Apparel NYC, each item is printed on-demand specifically for you once an order is placed.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

Because our products are custom-made upon order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production and fulfillment before your item ships.

Fulfillment times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been printed and fulfilled, it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Standard domestic delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 6 business days after fulfillment.

• Total Estimated Time (Printing + Delivery): 5 to 11 business days from the date you place your order.

3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s website.

4. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be printed at different fulfillment facilities and ship in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost.

5. Address Changes & Errors

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an item enters production. Chido Apparel NYC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
