Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chido Apparel NYC. Because all of our items are custom-printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong sizes, or change of mind.

1. Return Window & Final Sale

  • Because items are made-to-order, we cannot accept standard returns or size exchanges. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will review it and arrange for a replacement to be manufactured and shipped out at no extra cost.

  • Physical items do not need to be mailed back to us.

3. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

  • Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unclaimed delivery will be processed automatically by our fulfillment partner.

  • Reshipping an undeliverable package due to an address error will be subject to a reshipping fee.

4. How to Report an Issue

  • Contact our support team at nycchidoapparel@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Because items are fulfilled on-demand, please do not mail items back to our corporate mailing address, as physical returns are not accepted there.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or lost-in-transit orders where a replacement is not feasible.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Because we do not stock inventory or accept physical returns, we cannot process direct item exchanges. If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order on our website.
